Feb. 9: Jim Ned seeks to close District 6-3A play unbeaten with a win at Wall.

Colorado City is second in the District 5-3A standings with a 4-1 mark, and the Wolves have a chance to run down league leader Reagan County when they meet Tuesday in our Game of the Week.

Colorado City (18-7, 4-1) rolled Coahoma 81-32 last Friday and looks to carry that momentum into the game with the Owls. A victory over Reagan County will give the Wolves a share of first place with two regular season games remaining.

The Owls (21-9, 5-1) extended their winning streak to three games after ousting Sonora 48-29 last week. Noah Olvera posted a team-high 19 points and shot 5 for 5 at the free-throw line in the victory.
